IRONMAN Copenhagen trainingplan

So you are heading for IM CPH

iDPOET have been sending well prepared athletes to IM CPH since it's first year under the IRONMAN brand. It's a special day when racing in CPH and it surely is one of the best IRONMAN racing experiences you are going to have.

Our trainingplan towards IM CPH include all training leading up to the race, and the week following the race. It also includes an Trainingpeaks (basic) account + 1 set-up session where we guide you thru using trainingpeaks and answer questions you might have.

99DKK/15USD/14EUR is the 2018/2019 monthly rate for the trainingplans. The trainingplan have had athletes finish in times in copenhagen around 9.25 and all the way up to 12 hours. It depends of your initial fitness and how much time you invest into it.

Most on the trainingplans avg. around 8 hours weekly, while some do every bit of training there is and avg. around 10+ hours with the heaviest few weeks topping out around 15 hours. I have personally raced CPH on one of the earlier versions of this trainingplan, I avg. 6,5 hours of weekly training due to heavy workload that year and I finished in just under 10 hours. I've done CPH twice myself and have never not been at the race all the way back from its first years under the Challenge brand.
